These snaps were taken in Phuket , Thailand, wherein the Andaman sea surrounds the coast on all three sides. This was one of the towns which suffered quite a bit during the Asian Tsunami that created havoc a few years ago. Tourism is one of the major money earners in this part of the world.

Famous movies like 'Beach' starring Leonardo Di Caprio, one of the James Bond movies and also many a Bollywood films have been shot here. There is an island which is called the James Bond Island, after the movie.
