Flooding in Arkansas

Arkansas road conditions turned treacherous last night, as icy roads caused several traffic accidents. Keely Trusell and Brandon Trusell were killed when their SUV spun out on the ice and crossed into oncoming traffic. (Winter road conditions in the Midwest)

The vehicle was struck on the passenger side by a tractor-trailer, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol report.

Another accident involving three vehicles in Thomas County Tuesday sent five people to Citizens Medical Center in Colby with possible injuries.

If you're driving in Arkansas, drive safe! Check Arkansas State Highway & Transportation Dept for road closures and advisories.
