Throughout the peninsula you can observe  these predactory activities of investors, displacing local people and violatin' federal y local laws.

All this is shown and explained in this short film to be presented in February 2010 in English and Spanish.

Local producer “7 Filos” has made this professional work. It took eight months of long hours under the Baja’s hot sun.

An important part of the documentary was filmed in Los Cabos and La Paz, where are established the largest foreign-owned tourism developments.
