Uncontained Bastrop Wildfire Destroys Over 600 Homes, Kills 2

With over 60 wildfires burning throughout Texas, the Bastrop County fire is being singled out as the worst in state history, having destroyed over 600 homes. The Bastrop wildfire is still uncontained. You can see eyewitness video footage of the Bastrop wildfire below.

So far, there have been two reported deaths in the Bastrop fire. FEMA has disptached to Texas, and the state will be seeking federal aid to deal with the widespread destruction.
