This area was very easy to get to in the Bruce Peninsula. It was at the end of Little Cove Road and is part of the Bruce Trails. If you had a 4 x 4, you could drive right down to the beach. Smaller cars needed to park about half a km away and walk down.
Once again, the beach did not have any sand at all....just rocks. Fortunately, there was a couple large flat boulders that I could set the tripod up on. The wooded area in the frame and where the bend begins are all private land and tresspassing is not allow. The trails were behind me through very dense woods and another trail that we ventured down later in the day was about 1 km up the road that led you through woods and eventually around the point to some other awesome locations. It was in this area that we heard the rattlesnakes and saw evidence of bears but sigh, we didn't see any. Apparently you can purchase a pass for use in areas of the Bruce Trails, to do backwoods camping. That is a bit too adventurous and rustic for me.
