TruemorsIt's very apparent the crews repairing the electric lines in New Orleans after Gustav blew through have no landscape architecture training. One area in the Seabrook neighborhood in Gentilly, along Franklin Avenue have gigantic gouges taken out of 50+ year old live oak trees to allow electric lines to be unencumbered. Is the US the only country that doesn't bury its utilities, such as power lines?
