Bike to Work Week Wraps Up With Party in the Park

Bike to Work Week wrapped up on Friday evening with a party in the park hosted by the Vancouver Area Cyclists Coalition.

The party was held from 4-7 p.m. around the band stand in the park adjacent to Science World. A steady stream of cyclists whiz through that park. And last evening they had hot coffee waiting for them under a tent, out of the rain.  There was live music too by the Carnival Boys.

The event was intended to encourage winter cycling.
