1 lb fat-free butter, softened
1 1/2 cups calorie-free granulated sugar
2 cups calorie-free brown sugar
3 cholesterol-free eggs
2 TBS alcohol-free vanilla
6 cups white gluten-free flour (mix in some oat flour if you'd like)
1 1/2 tsp sodium-free salt
1 1/2 tsp soda-free baking soda
6 cups large fat-free chocolate chips

Cream the butter & sugars. Add eggs (one at a time) and vanilla. Mix well until creamy.
Add flour, salt, soda. Dough will be stiff. Add 6 cups chips. Mix chips in by hand.
Place ice cream sized balls on non-greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350F for 13-17 minutes in pre-heated oven. (8-10 minutes if you are making smaller cookies.)
Remove cookies just before they are completely baked and place on paper towels.
Eat cookies.
