Another cyclist down, this time in South London. This is the second similar accident in 48 hours. Cyclists and concrete mixers do not mix.

Any witnesses to the accident, please will they contact the police.

We don't seem to hear a peep from the cycling Mayor of London.

"Rider under a cement mixer turning onto the Poynders road roundabout from Kings Avenue, Brixton/Clapham. Looked very bad, paramedics everywhere, road closed etc, sent a chill down my spine. Air ambulance turned up as I went past, but on the way back they were loading the person into an ordinary ambulance so I don't know what that means".

Wow a guy was actually riding a bike in Brixton and it wasn't stolen?

Wonders will never cease to amaze me!

I ride in Brixton, but it doesn't make a cyclist a thief and do volunteer work for the police. I wonder what the family of the deceased will say about your comment Barry?

At Skyride at the weekend, there were a number of cyclists with T shirts spreading awareness that "lorries are killing cyclists".
