Sarnia's economy is completely dependant on oil. The city has three refineries, numerous petrochemical plants, and an ethylene plant, the list goes on. It is the end of the line for the Enbridge pipeline system and one of the final destinations for Alberta's oil.

These tanks are at Enbridge's tank farm at the Sarnia terminal. Not sure what plant is in the backround, other that is not mine.
