Chaos in Los Cabos (México) by tropical storm 19
San Jose del Cabo, México.- Rains of Tropical Depression No. 19 Pacific, caused chaos in the city of San Jose del Cabo, where several streets of the residential zones known as The Zacatal and Santa Rosa were destroyed by the violent passage of water.
Since Sunday morning began an intermittent rain related to the atmospheric phenomenon and at noon began to run water through the main streets of San Jose del Cabo.
In a tour we made it was found that the area most affected by these rains were Vista Hermosa, El Zacatal, Santa Rosa and the downtown area of San Jose del Cabo. At seven o'clock only light showers occurred in the port of Cabo San Lucas.
At sunset, dozens of families inside vehicles were stranded on the road transpeninsular at the sudden flooding that occurred. Other cars were jammed by large quantities of earth and sand that dragged the streams.
Down the street known as Forjadores, we observed debris, branches and stones washed away.
According to the latest CNA meteoroligical center bulletin issued late this Sunday, these unusual rains were caused by tropical depression No. 19 moving to the northwest and heavy rains cause intense in Jalisco, Colima, Michoacan, Nayarit, Sinaloa and Baja California Sur, from Sunday until Wednesday 14 October.
These recommendations extend to vessels by heavy waves.
