So here is my video thats on YouTube of the " Coal Harbour Boat Fire "  Yes the fire started at 8 30 am not 9 am , My mistake .. We were told 9 am , and damage is esitmated at 2 - 2.5 million dollars , Where was the VFD between 8 30 - 9 ? No one called 911 till close to 9 am ?
