In this article, we are going to offer an explanation on the concept of natural wine.

Natural wines offer an alternative to “international-style” vinification and the physical and chemical interventions done at the vast majority of today's  wineries.

The vineyards are farmed biodynamically or organically, harvesting is by hand, fermentations are with wild yeasts and the aging and bottling are done with a minimal intervention possible, thus allowing wines to expresse the true nature of grapes, the terroir and the vintage.

There a few website that offer a wide range of natural wines. Loius/Dresner in the USA and Zelas Wines in the United Kingdom.
