After deciding to head down to South Africa (virtually that is) for this edition of Green Day, I was noodling around the Natural & Organic event site when I landed in their Conscious Cooking Corner.

I was not sure it would make me tick with such a solemn name.
The table of contents or should I say their menu of food happenings left a better taste in my mouth.

What the Conscious Cooking Corner is about (in Natural & Organic words): "Three-day-eat-for-wellness food demos that prove nutritious equals delicious!"...
