A Costa Mesa Park Fix Underway?

Having a brisk walking workout with the Nikon D40x, I learned that the Fairview Park near my apartment is undergoing a restoration. I like to hike or run in this park which has turned dry this summer. Even the signs and fences are dilapidated. One of the signs of California's budget woes? Through the City's website, the City with the help of the U.S. Corp of Engineers and Orange County will restore plants, develop ponds and streams, retrofit pump stations, install nature trails, develop picnic areas, fix signage and fund plant establishment.
