Cruise ships never impressed me much till i notice that the port authority mentioned it was being pressured by Carnival Cruise lines to build at Tax payers cost a 60 million dollar terminal for which it would take 20 years to pay off before a return on the Ports investment, and then Carnival could break its contract after 2 years and not pay a cent to the port. Cruiseships are nothing more than a big sandbox for which continues to avoid paying taxes on millions of dollars collected and stashed in some offshore bank account. Carnival cruise lines a known convicted felon operates freely under a Flag of convenance while breaking its MOU with the State of Florida.

Its time to demand Florida enforce its clean water act with these Cruise ships.
