I'm in total agreement with the findings being released by leading scientists who have been at the forefront of leading expeditions to the polar and glacial regions of the world. Satellite imagery certainly spells considerable trouble for the future of civilization in general. Unfortunately it seems that nations have not done enough and have been too late in addressing the formidable problems that confront us with climate change, induced by many factors including mankind. As the problem deteriorates, so will our ability to cope, forcing all people and nations to struggle in an environment unlike anything we have witnessed in our 5000 years of civilization.

Could you elaborate on this with some of your own words please. It is very interesting and concerning as well and I would like to know what your take is on all this?

I agree with your comment and we may end the 5000 years of civilization due to a lack of counter action and delays. There is still some hope though, however the card house is about to collapse.

This was not a complete Article and is VERY MUCH a global warming propaganda "buy in". Before you say "what on earth is this nut talking about, we definitely are the cause for global warming its proven".

I often start researching when i notice corporate media heavily covering or pushing something.
Incidentally the financial crisis that was somehow a "surprise"( althought Greenspan said was going to happen prior to his leaving his position of FED chairman in 2006 ), is poised to finance the emerging "green" technologies... Which at this point is a good thing IMHO with it having global demand can be leveraged to dig us out of our econ hole.( althought economist are saying nothing can be done, which may be true ).
People should really take note of the upcoming Bretten-Woods meeting and the carbon tax -
If you are reading this please look up what President Andrew Jackson did in regard to central bank

This was a general statement. Space photos are indicating that the earth is in meltdown, and happening at a disturbing rate. The fact that we have satellite images to show what is developing is a positive thing, but global warming is not a picnic. I'm still amazed by those who deny what's happening to our environment, trying to pass this off as government propaganda. I wonder what planet they are living on, can't be Earth.

It has been 15 below normal for a month. Now it is the same temperature but due to the advance of the season this is now normal. The last two summers were a bust for the plant kingdom. The weather seems to be as it was here 30 years ago. The picnic has been cancelled due to the picnic table being under a foot of snow. I'll go along with the anti-pollution campaign but the global warming thing is a huge scam.

Yes of course, and so is the frantic weather patterns and increasingly destructive storms and floods across the globe. Your among the few left who refuse to accept reality. I suppose the global meltdown isn't happening either, just a scam!!!!.
