Well all over the news this weekend were warnings of an incoming storm. Gale force winds of up to 80mph, floods, rain, snow, the whole shebang. The Met Office had severe weather warnings in place for most of the country, advising us of the impending doom about to face us.
I woke up this morning expecting to find myself in a bed in a field somewhere, separated from my house, ala the Wizard of Oz.
Was I? Nope. I was snug and warm, and upon opening the curtains it was shaping up to be a lovely day.
Down south was a different matter though. They were being battered by those 80mph winds and rain, telling people to stay away from the coast...all the while....REPORTING LIVE FROM THERE! Doughnuts! Can you smell the hypocrisy?

Well, thats the basis of my 365 today. The storm that Manchester still hasn't got. I believe the weather warnings have been 'pushed back' and we're still going to be hit, I say bring it on, I could do with a bit of an airing in my drawers, and the car needs a wash.

Good old British Weather eh? Keeps me sane!
