BP should pay the price but Halliburton is also responsible as they did the casing job just before the well blow outs. It is not easier for them to plug the well now as it will take 2 months to drill directionally and plug it by a non return valve. They have destroyed everything of nature and all is because of the mess started by the US govt not the US people.They are insane !!
