Diwakar Bhatt Alleges Environmentalist GD Aggarwal as CIA Agent

c... dis agarwal chap is from kanpur --de notorious city dat pollutes de ganges de most by dumping million tons of garbage & toxic waste into it. what dis chap had been doin 4 entire his lyf. why hasn't or doesn't he initiate a project to cleanse de ganges at kanpur!!!....I dont buy de story of his being CIA agent or so.....but he & et al  ( some sanctimonious saints at Haridwar including RAmadev baba) are certainly against development of Uttaranchal state & country as a whole... .  Small & medium size Hydo projects are very important for socio-economic development of dis hilly state....State govt & Ppl out dere have right on their natural resources to direct de course of developmental activities, to generate employment opportunities & meet aspirations of masses.... In hills ppl r far more mindful of ecology & environment then these unreasonable proponents of de Ganges. de water of Ganges is far  purer & holier in uttaranchal hills then in those area where from dese sanctimonious environmentalists & Saints belong to....They shud focus on cleansing the holy river from at their respective places..... and i  think dis way de Ganges wud become purer and remain as holy as ever.....without hampering development of country & without jeopardizing environment...
