I love the zoo when no one is there, the animals are so much more aware and whiling to "talk" to you.
(c; Anandh was "grunting" at this poor hippo and the hippo was grunting back and would open his mouth waiting for anything to drop in! As soon as we were walking away a kid and his mom dropped a bagel in the water, seriously!? A bagel!? Some people...
