yeah i here yu that would be a bad place to be cought in a good size tsumami,and there should be a better evac rout maybe towards the college area,but i do believe the samoa area out there acts as a barrier to slow the mass of water somewhat and also im sure the coast gaurd which is right there would evac. and close road down if the slightest sighns of a tsunami were to accure.they leave nothing for risk these guys.but yes there are warnings all over that u r at risk and they should have an escape route posted east the of the free way
