I wanted to reactivate my prepaid account but since I lost my sim card, I had to buy the new package.
Fido customer service was closed at 7pm though the brochure says they are open until 9pm in local time.
I ended up with a new prepaid account with $50 credit to my account.
If I keep the phone number there would be no airtime, so I should be satisfied with a new number that I still can't remember...
No good.
