Rather than attack a member of the general public who I believe DID give a chance for an objective view on this maybe you ought to humble yourself and recognize your efforts at activism are failing and only accomplishing the program's work for them by convincing nutters they are actually targets.

With the kind of money involved with defense contracting it is not hard to posit that this hardware did not simply vanish when the Berlin Wall fell but instead was waiting to be unleashed on a domestic front since now free nations no longer welcomed us and our toys in their countries.

So while I see where you're coming from here with the sheer numbers of nutters making these claims, keep your mind open that such a program would surely need them to keep it all a secret and cover their asses. The most obvious signs you're talking to a nutter is that they would refuse to understand why you don't believe them. Lack of ability to self reflect is after all a common trait of paranoid delusions.

And with the technologies now available to them like radar that sees through walls, weapons that are silent and invisible and cannot even be documented in use at the exotic frequencies they employ, (look into the ADS @95ghz, find a meter that you could detect that within reasonable cost- funny, huh?) there is more ability than ever for them to get away with it.
