Global Warming

Given Technology vs Global dominance as to Power there have become too many variants  in assessing the reality of matters. Add to that Weather Modification Companies working for Govs and Insurance Companies which are in business to generate profits what are their "sights" on?. On saying all of that if the weather be indeed subject to such change [ Cloud seeding etc ] by mankind then surely "Acts of God" denials as to Insurance pay-outs must also be abolished making weather Companies liable for any subsequent damage. Consider that in 6 hours the Earth revolves through 90 degrees such that any atmospheric chemicals sprayed may cross National Boundaries affecting their weather conditions (?). Think also about the "slip stream" - a position where an aircraft could hover for some 9 hours  while the planet revolves into a given position below for landing!.
