In the last 70 years, the world's population has risen from 3 Billion to 6 Billion people.It is increasing to more than 62 Million per year. It is estimated that, in the next hundred years, the population will increase to more than 16 Billion people. Animal and agricultural needs will rise commensurately! Do you want enough water for them all? 70 % of the earth's FRESH water, is locked up, (in the Arctic), as ice or snow! In places, the ice is 3 miles thick The TEMPORARY warming/melting of the ice/snow, has provided the earth with extra water in the exosphere, to accommodate all! Over the next 100 years, oil will have been mostly used up. By that time, there will be little or no production, of greenhouse gasses! At some point, we will reach a point of equilibrium! Simultaneously, atomic and renewable energies, will advance to the point, where plenty of electricity will be produced forever. With all that power, water can be distributed from, where there is too much, to where it is not enough. Eons later, if yet more water is needed, the oceans may be used via desalinization! Minerals from the ocean may also be recovered. Still later, with all the electricity available, we may then synthesize all the water, we will ever need. Having said all the foregoing, NASA believes the warming & cooling of the earth, is controlled by actions of the Sun, ... (3 prior ice ages)!

Indeed numbers of independent scientist have researched, stated, confirmed and reconfirmed that the sun only is responsible for cooling and warming of the Earth. Humanity isn't able to control or sufficiently influence this process although global warming activists claim otherwise and promote expensive summits as the one starting soon in Copenhagen. Global warming is a man made Hoax.
Moreover the planet Earth cannot feed more than 8 - 9 billion people at the most. Natural disasters do control this number as well. Humanity again won't be able to control that either.
People have to learn a lot more about nature and its history, before claiming such nonsense again. We all may think we are so powerful and knowledgeable, but against nature we all are useless. We only can avoid disasters on a small limited scale that is already more than enough. Back to basics and create more respect for nature is a better option if people want to influence nature.

The Sun is a giant globe of Hydrogen, which because of the intense heat (millions of degrees Kelvin), continuously fuses Hydrogen atoms into Helium. This releases a tremendous amount of energy and activity, alongwith assorted particles of electrons, neutrons and protons! These atomic particles,when accelerated, can do a lot of work, both good and harmful! Sunburn -don't do to much...Medical radiation uses.... generally good ....Creating electricity ....Good .... Energy weapons...(Hmmm)! (I INVENTED and USED one, in a Cathode Ray Tube, which blasted a hole in a phosphor screen and also pitted the glass). Because most of the Sun's activities are created from the core of the Sun and eventually migrate to the outermost parts of the Sun, it is an uneven process, (a continual Hydrogen Bomb). It therefore creates "Sun-spots" and "Solar Flares" in differing parts of the Sun. It is thought that, that activity, (greater or lesser), occurs in approximately 11 year cycles.These phenomena can increase or decrease the amount of energy being delivered to the Earth! However, science has proven, that there were 3 Global freezing (and thawing), periods in Earth's 5 Billion year old life, long before man was present, (Called Ice Ages). At any rate, the most important part of this discourse is: Man is doubling earth's population every 70 years AND we need water to stay alive! Remember 70% of the world's FRESH water is stored as ICE and SNOW! Come on MOTHER NATURE,.. DO YOUR JOB! Do NOT pay attention to know-it-all-politicians!
