GLOBE Programme gets support of Dutch Government !

The International GLOBE programme was an initiative by Nobelprize winner Al Gore. At the moment more than 17.000 schools in 110 countries are involved.

In the Netherlands the programme is relative small. Now the Dutch Government announced financial support for the next years. Three ministeries will support the programme with knowledge and money.

SME Advies, Coördinator of the GLOBE Netherlands programme expects to increase the number of schools involved. Results of the Dutch programme are recently used in the international Journal of Geophysical Research.
