"Hanging Cheese" - this is a category of cheese?

This is the last straw. Cheese in bags is not "hanging cheese," it is packaged cheese, shredded cheese, whatever. The only cheese categories I want to see are ones along the lines of soft vs. hard, fresh vs. aged, cow vs. sheep vs. goat. And maybe one for vegetarian rennet vs. traditional rennet.
