Poor quality and crappy photo aside, it gets the point across.

WE ALL KNOW THE THREE R’s!!

1) Reduce.
-Try and reduce the amount of products that you consume. Obviously everyone has basic needs, but lets face it there are TONS of things we can live without. Also when reducing try and buy products that use less packaging (why fight through ten layers of plastic, that you are just going to throw away, to get to one little thing in the middle).
There are a lot of other things you can do as well, try going here:
www.recycling-guide.org.uk/reduce.html

2) Reuse.
-When you do buy products try and find ones in which their containers or other parts of it you can reuse. Don’t throw away the twist ties and rubber bands that hold some things together. When home from the grocery store reuse the bags they put your groceries in. And again, there are lots of other things you can do, try going here:
www.recycling-guide.org.uk/reuse.html

3) Recycle.
-Although taught from a young age that this is a great thing to do (which it partly is) it is the last action mentioned in the Three R’s for a reason. It consumes a lot of energy and the carbon footprint it produces can sometimes be greater than if you did not recycle at all. Yet still, it does help. Try going here:

Happy Earth Day :)
Try and make every day an Earth Day!!
