Because we live in an area that has seen lots of new construction in the past few years, we find construction trash on unoccupied land. Why do construction workers believe that they can dump illegally?
Before Christmas, I noticed a large pile of asphalt used to pave roads dumped in the lot. This is a hazardous waste, as it is a petroleum product.
