Winds Storms up to 140Km/H Storm Warning out for Hokkaido, Hokurico, Kant/Koshin, Chiba.

Visibility is below 10 meter in Chiba due to the storm and Dust from the Farmlands being lifted up, Wind gust of up to 140km/H and storm of  80Km/H have been going on for 7 Hours now. Marine Warning are in effect and they wont be any one going Fishing today.

Update, 

For us after after one less shed, Two broken Palm tress and one less tree as well as much dust, sand and dirt the storm is now over and all are well and alive. No one dared take the sea nor the road and all seem well. Some lost power. Our Solar system is still functioning.
