This was North Padre Island at 1pm on July 23. Dolly had not yet made land fall and we were experiencing wind gusts up to 60 mph and heavy rain. In total we got over 6 inches. When this photo was taken the second major band was moving over the Coastal Bend area, the barametric pressure was 29.3 F and we were an unseasonable 78 degrees.
