The storms started about twenty minutes after we got home tonight. Just enough time to snap a few shots of the lightning and make sure the puppy was attended to. It's continuing to rain down as I type, with little sign of stopping tonight.

A part of me wishes the lightning would kick it into high gear once it's dark. I love thunderstorms.

Taken in my apartment on July 8th, 2008. We watched it rain like crazy outside for a loooooong time that night.
