Hurricane Dolly

This was the most trying event in my life.
With wind and rain from Tuesday evening until Thursday morning of varying degrees. The amount of destruction due to a High pressure system keeping this Category 1 hurrican crawling at a blistering speed of 6-8 miles per hour. Pretty much sentenced the lower Rio Grande Valley and South Texas to experiencing a storm capable of massive destruction for almost 9 hours more then projected!
Which lead to many areas suffering from rainwater that will not drain. The eventual multiplication of the mosquito community which can possibly skyrocket to spread diseases from standing water.

I wish the best for those in the hardest hit areas especially in Raymondville, Lyford and the surrounding areas that were hit by the eye of the storm.
