People wishing to help free West Papua can visit the on-line petitions at www.petitiononline.com/wpr2011 and www.petitiononline.com/voice4wp People can also petition the United States to help rectify the injustice of the New York Agreement by sponsoring an United Nations motion asking the International Court for its independent legal opinion whether West Papua is still a colony entitled to vote on it's own sovereignty under UN resolution 1514.
