It's Typhoon Time as Tropical Cyclone Halong Approaches

It's official, typhoon time 2008 is upon the island. As of 1800hrs (local time), Okinawa is still awaiting the first tropical cyclone of the year that has the island in a stage of readiness for any damages that may occur, more commonly called Tropical Cyclone conditions. This is a clip from the first footage of the affects of this storm as our dogs peer at me taking the footage. A track of the storm may be found at
