Once again complaints have been made to Jacksonville code enforcement to issue cause why Jaxport continues to fail to clean up its
property along the waterfront in mayport village looking at the pictures the public can very well see that the property is an eye sore and dangerious to the publics health and welfare the land value is $324,960.00
according to records so why hasn't Jaxport been fined or the property condemed? Would you believe that code enforcement has failed to cite the property in question,an email was sent to
Councilman Ray Holt regarding complaints for the district and it was brushed off as well. 904-630-city has in effect broken down whereas citizens complaints are either ignored or not acted upon by local authorities.
