Another surprise. I broke open one of the cells to find that it was actually FULL of larva, not just one. This one accidently broke open, but when i saw it, I opened a smaller one. and it contained a single pupa. Not sure how that works with this type of bee. Multiple eggs for insurance, then winner takes all? I have never heard of bees doing that, but then i have never seen anything about them laying more then one egg per cell in the hive either.
