Curry Rubbed Chicken Breast and Creamy Tomato, Onion, Pea Curry with Jasmine Rice.

Chicken:
Marinate for 2-3 hours in plain yogurt, lime juice, and a curry powder blend. Pan fry or oven bake, whichever you prefer.
Curry:
Brown garlic and fresh ginger in oil, add onions til golden, add 1 can of stewed tomatoes, 2 bags frozen peas, and your preffered blend of indian spices. I use cumin, coriander, chili powder, and garam masala mix. At the last minute I added a cup of heavy cream! Add salt and water as preffered!
