Life in Luling

We lived in Luling, Texas from March 2001 to December 2004.

It was an interesting experience living in a town that everyone knew everyone else's business, or at least the thought they did.

We accomplished a lot during our stay in the "roughest town in Texas." including defeating the landfill project that was proposed at the entrance of town. We had the first Citizens Against the Landfill in our small wooden bungalow.

I have to admit, it was tough for two guys to live together in the town, but all in all we had a good time.
