This image gives some idea of the extent of the flooding along these main roads in inner Bangkok suburbs, not that far from the centre of the city now. Although the rains have stopped, the flood levels in Bangkok continue to rise.  And it could go on for many weeks yet.

This area is fortunate since Phayon Yothin is connected to the Mass Rapid Transport network (MRT).
