MANILA - A magnitude 4.2 earthquake shook central and northern Luzon,
including the Philippine capital, shortly after noon Tuesday. There

It is good you've reported on this truthoriented.  In just less than 24 hours, there are already several earthquakes worldwide.  One in Indonesia and the other in Japan.
