Due to melting glaciers countries are redrawing boarders. Italy is in talks with Switzerland and it is proposed that Switzerland enter into discussions with France and Austria under the same criterion. Up to now, citizens have not had to change their citizenship. As global warming begins to change the way countries define their boarder, can anyone deny global warming isn't having an impact.

Gletscherschlucht is an impressive place, and would have been further impressive had it not been for the almost dry gorge. We entered the pathway expecting to see the gorge with a decent flow, but it was not to be.

The color of the rock surfaces, changing based on light reflections inside the gorge is a beautiful phenomenon.
