Flooding in North Dakota has prompted Minot Mayor Curt Zimbelman to order evacuations from parts of the city as a flood warning goes into effect for the Souris River.
Three bridges and several streets have been closed due to heavy rain, and the dikes holding back the Souris River are weakening.
