Mullach Íde - Cois Farraige 1

Malahide - situated on the North Coast of County Dublin was home to the Talbots.

The area is quite well to do now but it had a famous fishery in the past. In Dublin a person who couldn't keep confidence was often described as having a 'mouth like a Malahide cod!'

By now there are no vestiges of the fishing and yachts (or other small craft) fill the marina that replaced the quay.
