The unique heritage defines our state and attracts adventurous visitors. For now at least wild horses still linger amongst the Sage and Pinyon Pine just beyond the glow of the casinos and neon signs, for anyone to come and see.
Wild horses are so closely tied to the existence and history of humans in the west and the unique identity of Northern Nevada that we owe it to ourselves to find a palatable way past this crisis.
