Ahh ... sweet spring, the time for new beginnings, renewal and hope.
Meet the newest family of the White House - a red-breasted mama robin and her chicks.
She's made her home in the bushes right outside the White House briefing room.
The birds seem oblivious to their hugely high-traffic and high-powered location, where reporters come and go at all hours and camera crews traipse past.

Nice. This am, I saw on TV, a momma duck and her brood on the White House grounds too. Maybe the 'vibrations' have changed.

I think one of the WH press corp members was tracking the bird last week which the nest was being built.
