As President-elect Barack Obama prepares to name members of his environmental team this week, he will sit down with former Vice President Al Gore.

Mr. Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden will meet with Mr. Gore in their Chicago transition headquarters Tuesday. The transition team said the men will discuss energy and climate change and "how policies in this area can stimulate the economy and create jobs."

This is great news. I can't wait to see the new environment team that Obama puts together.
