I planned on hiking the 4.5 mile road to the bird sanctuary on Raithlin Island, Northern Ireland and then take the bus back. I learned that tourism shuts down on the last weekend in September. I was there on Monday. It was a good walk back.

Taking a bus doesn't allow you to see the real isle. I was all too happy to walk.
