Oliebollen

Part of a series on making Dutch oliebollen. Freely translated this term would mean ''balls of oil" but make no mistake, when properly prepared there is little to no oil in them. Served only during a few weeks in December, this recipe is probably one of the oldest and most traditional in the Netherlands.
